Practice of the key skills can lead to reduced stress and anxiety, improved memory and concentration, enhanced sense of well-being, and increased vitality. It will be an opportunity for Carers to meet each other in the relaxing environment of The Sanctuary, an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the city centre with a meditation room, library, garden and conservatory.

Event Description: Card Making Class. Purpose: This course aims to provide skills to take up card making as a hobby and stress reliever at home. This is found to be beneficial especially to Carers as sometimes it can be difficult to take up a hobby outside the home. We will do this by taking different card making techniques each week and making cards using these techniques. Techniques will vary from week to week and some techniques may overlap some weeks. Some cards may take longer to make than others but we will aim to make two cards per class while learning different techniques.
